We accept payments in:

All payments are processed via bank transfer, and exchange rates are agreed upon in advance.
We do not accept cheques.
A £1,000 deposit is required to secure your car with the supplier.
The remaining balance is due either before shipment (for wholesale purchases) or upon arrival (for Cleared & Delivered service).
For factory orders, the deposit secures your order with the manufacturer, and the balance is due before collection.
We primarily accept bank transfers, but we also accept Kenyan Shillings through partner bank accounts at a pre-agreed exchange rate.
We are the first (and only) UK car importer with partnerships with leading Kenyan banks, including NCBA Bank, Stanbic Bank, and I&M Bank. These partnerships allow our customers to secure Asset Finance loans for both new and used cars.

Pre-export inspections are included in the price of your vehicle. Your car is inspected by certified pre-export inspectors such as QISJ, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or Jevic before shipping. All relevant documentation is shared with you for your records.
We offer multiple shipping options:
Roll-on Roll-off (RoRo) – The most cost-effective way to ship your car.
Container Shipping – Provides the highest security by transporting your car in a dedicated 20-ft or 40-ft container. This is often preferred for prestige and high-performance vehicles.
Air Freight – The fastest option, ensuring swift and secure delivery, mostly departing from Heathrow Airport.
All essential paperwork, such as the Bill of Lading and V5 certificate, is couriered separately via DHL.

The timeline depends on your selected service:
For CIF service: A used vehicle can typically be sourced and ready for shipping within 1–2 weeks.
New vehicles: Delivery time depends on the factory order lead time.
Shipping duration: Typically 4–6 weeks, depending on the destination.

Our CIF service insures your vehicle up to the point where it is offloaded from the vessel at the destination port. After that, it is your responsibility to insure the vehicle locally. Our Shipping Department will keep you updated on the arrival of your vehicle so you have sufficient time to arrange coverage.
For inland deliveries, road insurance is included up to the point of collection unless otherwise specified.
Comprehensive road risk insurance covers your car from collection to the UK port.
Marine insurance is included for CIF clients, ensuring full value coverage.

We also provide Service Packs for both fleet and individual vehicles, allowing you to spread ownership costs and minimize downtime by ensuring immediate availability of replacement parts.
All parts orders are securely packaged before dispatch from the UK and shipped via DHL, air freight, or container, depending on the order size. We understand that timely delivery is critical, so we keep you updated on your order status.
For first-time customers, all parts orders must meet a £500 minimum order value. If you are purchasing a vehicle from us, there is no minimum order requirement.
